Prakriti, which means nature and represents the divine femininity of creation, embodies the essence of our brand. It is another name for Goddess Parvati, symbolizing the womb of creation.

Our mission at Prakriti Lifestyle is to support urban dwellers in achieving physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We strive to restore balance through yogic tools and offer natural and aesthetic yoga products that create a space of well-being. Our goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their lives and create a natural space within and around them.
Note From Founder
As the founder of Prakriti Lifestyle, my journey to a more meaningful life began at the Isha Yoga Center in 2015. Inspired by the profound simplicity of classical yoga, I dedicated myself to volunteering and teaching yoga.
In 2020, during the pandemic, the idea of Prakriti Lifestyle took shape while I was carving Lord Ganesha with rice flour and turmeric in my kitchen for Ganesh Chaturthi.
This endeavour was born out of the need to create a space to align myself daily, and provide urbanites with the tools for ultimate well-being while leading their busy lives.
