How to use the tongue cleaner?
- Rinse the mouth with water
- Place the centre of the tongue cleaner at the rear end of the tongue and scrape outwards.
- Scrape the tongue gently at least 3-5 times for complete removal of coats.
- Rinse your mouth and wash the tongue cleaner with warm and let it dry.
