My genuine review on the Prakriti yoga mat..

3k for a yoga mat it's too much is it worth it?
it was my first thought but right now yes it is worth it...
My Surya kriya+shishupalasana on a regular yoga mat was terrible but on prakriti, it's a different game. ( It's not 100% non-slippery it's 8.5/10 )
5mm thickness it's perfectly right at the point

Initial days smell of that yoga mat was not good but right now it's okay. (wash it once before use)

NOTE: please if you have a chance to collect your delivery near by location do it. don't rely on the delivery person if they messed up your re-delivery can take 15+ days again.

This yoga mat stands as one of the finest I've ever laid upon, particularly for the sacred practices of Surya Kriya and Surya Shakti. It's remarkable skid-free nature persists unfalteringly, unaffected even by the slipperiest of floors.

High quality

Got it in April and been doing hardcore yoga daily on it, its almost as good as new, grip is very strong but little less than new.. no complaints! Best yoga mat i ever had

I am writing this review after using the mat for a month or so.. absolutely loved this mat. The grip is awesome..Best for hatha yoga practice.

I have been using this yoga mat for a month now and it is really good ,legs don’t slip during yoga asana and surya kriya and the padding is also good to sit for longer duration
